Prices shown on LA MERCED, 3 online store, include all curent apliable taxes. All prices are valid except typographic mistakes. All the information shown is carefuly checked; however, and inspite the repeated checkings and controls, it may appears that a data is incomplete, incorrect or outdated. In this case LA MERCED, 3 decline all kind of responsability.

Payment

Our payment policy

PAY PAL or CREDIT CARD: Online payment using PayPal or Credit card is the simplest and safest way to buy. Once we receive the complete datas via the online buying form, your order will be processed right away.

INTERNATIONAL BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER: you can pay your order with a bank account transfer sing the International bank account number  that appears on your order reference. Once the payment done, we will process the order but this payment method can delay the reception.

Shipping

How and when I get my ittems?

NACIONAL

MRW: reception in less than 48 hours for continental Spain and Portugal. 3 or 4 working days for the rest of Europe . If order placed after 6 PM (GMT+1), it will be processed at 11 AM (GMT+1) on the next working day

STORE PICKING: Past 24 hours since the order, you can come and pick it at the store. It is strongly recomended to contact us before coming to make sure everything is done.

Orders are always processed on working time excepting week-end (Saturday and Sunday) or local public holiday.

LA MERCED, 3 reserves the right to cancel any order in relation to marchandise availability.

INTERNACIONAL

LA MERCED, 3 may send an worldwide.

If an order is to be sent out of Continental European Community, please contact us to study and choose the best way to operate the postage.

Taxes, charges and comisions are always customer’s full entera responsability. LA MERCED, 3  is obliged by law to declare the exact value of the contents of the packages sent, both on the customer’s data form and the sending receipt . LA MERCED, 3 cannot alter said value under any circumstances.

Tax rates and amounts as any other kind of related informations can usually be accessed at le client’s local post office.

Sales returns

Can I return my pursaches?

All products (except those purchased during comercial offers or discount, underwear, swimwear or hats) have to be sent back in a dela that cannot exceed 7 days after reception of the order. Returned products have to maintain all tags, as never been worn or cleaned. Please contact us, as soon as possible, at servicioalcliente@lamerced3.com with DEVOLUCION in the email title in order to receive a return form. Any sale return request received after the 7 days period will be rejected. We do not refund money (Art. 44 de la Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002, de 19 de diciembre). Sales returns are swapped for a store credit voucher that has a 365 days maximum durability since insuace date.

Please note that all returning fees will be for the account of the customer.
